What is a high blood pressure? High blood
pressure is commonly known as hypertension. It is a disease or state

drug is use to cure hypertension or high blood pressure. The patient can take
this medicine use alone or also be use coupled with any other drug for
its synergistic effect. This can also be use in treating heart

However, usage of this medicine is
contraindicated to some
patient. Neonates and paediatrics are not allowed to use
this drug. It is also contraindicated to person with angioedema and
person with hypersensitivity to angiotensin converting enzyme.
Pregnant women are also discouraged to use this drug as there is a side
effect of the use of this product during pregnancy. If you are a
nursing mother, usage of this drug is highly discouraged too. Usage of this
drug may increase the level of potassium in the body. The ill effect of this
drug is usually mild as this drug is normally tolerated. While using this drug
you may occasionally experience coughing, diarrhea, dizziness, abdominal pain,
fatigue, nausea and vomiting, sore throat, tingling sensation of the upper and
lower extremity, jaundice or yellowing of the skin, headache, and liver
dysfunction. It is important that if you are taking this drug you should avoid
eating salty foods. If you are taking this drug you are strongly recommended to
ask your doctor if it is okay to take any other drug in combination to this.
Patient under dialysis program is also encouraged to ask their doctor’s opinion
before taking Vasotec.
Store your Vasotec tablet in a warm
temperature. Keep the drug away from moisture, heat, and light. If you are
using the suspension store it to 2 to 8 degree Celsium temperature.
After 30 days period, see to it that you discard the Vasotec suspension
drug.
